Church Security
Team Development and Training Seminars
 Ordinarily
training is scheduled over a weekend for maximum attendance.
The following is
a possible schedule. Seminars can be tailored to your church
needs.
BASIC SERIES (suggested time
schedule)
(this can be
adapted to whatever you need for your situation – all times are
approximate and a series of Wednesday or Thursday nights could
be arranged if practical.)

Friday *10-1 p.m., or *1-4 p.m. (—Consultation,
Evaluation, and Church Assessment with key church personnel
tailored to your security needs) in whatever time slot will
best work for your key personnel

Friday 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.—Team training Module
1

Saturday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.—Team training Module
2

Saturday 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.—Team training
Module 3 and 4

Sunday – If practical we will stay over and
attend your service in the a.m.
for evaluation
purposes

We will provide a written report with
evaluations and recommendations within 3 weeks after
completion of the seminar.

Your church will receive a - BASIC TRAINING
DVD, a PowerPoint presentation for training, and 3 of our
basic training guidebooks at no
Charge.
After completing
this series, the basic training for a Church Security
Team would be completed. Advanced training is also
available. Advanced Training segments are usually 4 or 8 - hour
modules.

Church Security
Team Instructor Training (Held in Bakersfield, CA) -

This is a three day intensive course (Friday through Sunday)
that will give the basics for starting up and giving the basic
training for your Church Security Team.

Courses are held at Olive Drive Church in
Bakersfield, CA (100+ miles above Los Angeles)
Friday afternoon 1- 5 pm and evening 6:00-9:00 pm- Basics of
Church Security and Team building/ Team start-up problems -
Defensive Basics
·
Saturday 9 am- 12pm and 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm
(Breakfast and lunch provided on Saturday) ( PET training in
Sanctuary)
Advanced Techniques – Sombo, Aikido, Jujitsu, Karate, and
wrestling
·
Sunday 8:30 am –12:15 p.m. Practicum – observe
a church service and how a functioning team operates –view
practical applications of the C.A.R.E. team concepts. <Note: The
training modules will be similar to those listed for the Basic
Training Series with the exception that everything will be more
in depth and oriented toward starting and training your team>

Seminar Costs- Team Trainer

Basic Cost of the training for 18+ hours of
training is $295.00 ($150.00 for each additional participant
from your church)

Motel costs in the Bakersfield area are very
reasonable
·
Flights are available into our local airport
·
A travel packet will be mailed to you whenever
your deposit is received –including local hotels, motels,
restaurants, directions to the training site, map of the local
area, contact numbers, etc.
·
Class sizes are kept small - total number of
trainees are limited
·
Deposit of $100.00 is required 30 days prior to
seminar date to insure your trainee reservation.
